Privacy notice.

What data Partner 305 LLC receives through this site, what it is used for and what you can ask for.

Who is responsible for your data

Partner 305 LLC is a political strategy firm based at 66 West Flagler St., Miami, FL 33130, United States. It is responsible for the data you provide on this site.

What data we receive

What you write in the contact form:

In addition, as on any website, the server keeps a technical log of each visit for security: IP address, date, time and browser.

What we use it for

To reply to you and, if you ask for it, to prepare a proposal. We do not use it for advertising and we do not add you to mailing lists without your permission.

Political information

Anything you tell us about your campaign, your party or your political position is treated as confidential. By sending the form you agree that we may use it only to reply to you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. It is seen by the people at the firm who need to reply to you and by the providers that run the site and the email, who are required to protect it. We would disclose it to a government authority only if required by law.

Where it is stored and for how long

It is stored on servers located in the United States. If you write to us from another country, your data is transferred to the United States so we can respond to you.

We keep it for as long as the conversation with you lasts, and for the working relationship that may follow. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What you can ask for

To do so, write to us through the contact form on this site and include the word “Privacy” in the message. We will respond within the time required by the law of your country.

Cookies

We do not use advertising cookies or social media pixels. The fonts and images on these pages load from this same site.

Only if you accept in the notice shown when you arrive, Google Tag Manager is loaded and, with it, the Google measurement tools the firm configures, such as Google Analytics. They tell us how many people visit the site and which pages they read; they may store cookies in your browser and send visit data to Google. If you decline, none of that is loaded.

You can change your decision at any time through the “Cookies” link at the bottom of the home page.

To avoid repeating the opening animation, your browser remembers that you have already seen it while the tab stays open. That information does not leave your device. If another tool that uses cookies is added in the future, it will be explained here and your permission will be requested.

This site links to press articles and social networks. Each of those sites has its own privacy notice.
